My Thoughts:

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I've read a few stories about strippers and some were good, but others just...weren't. So I was unsure how this one was going to turn out. Thankfully, it turned out to be an engaging read. There was a real, sometimes heartbreaking, backstory that flavored the current story to perfection. And although sometimes I just wanted to reach through the pages and give the characters a little shake and a pep talk, I was pleased with the way things played out. This book is brimming with interesting characters and a fascinating plot and I read it in one big gulp. Read it and you'll get "Hammered," too!
