My Thoughts:
Let me just start off by saying I am a big Sawyer Bennett fan and have really enjoyed her Wicked series of books, so when I saw this one, I was really excited to read it. And while it was a good read, it didn't have the same punch as the rest of her Wicked books. While Kynan was an amazing character and I wanted to read more about him, Joslyn just kind of fell flat for me. I never really connected with her character and I couldn't see the two of them together, so the rest of the story was kind of hard to read. I wonder if it was her age that held me back or that she lacked the maturity his character demanded. There was just something there that kept me from really getting behind the two of them as a couple. That being said, it was a good quick read that can be gobbled up in a couple of bites and who wouldn't want to gobble up a big bite of Kynan?
