My Thoughts:
Move over, Landry boys, there are some new boys in town! While I have enjoyed getting to know the Landry boys, I have really loved getting to know the Gibson boys. I think Crank is a great introduction to a new series and I can't wait to read more about them. But first, Walker. Hello, has there ever been a better, more angsty hero than Walker Gibson? I don't think so. He was broody without being a complete asshole, complex and interesting. On the outside, he just seemed like a cranky guy who had a lot of responsibility on his shoulders, just trying to get by. It's not until you delve a little deeper that you realize there's a lot going on below the surface with him. And digging deep is what Sienna Landry does best. She is the perfect foil for him in every way and the way they first meet is just perfect - funny and unpredictable. But then, that's just what Walker needs, the only kind of woman who can really keep up with him. Apart, they are just two lonely souls just trying to get by in life, but together, they're magic. And so is this book.
